Research use agreement

1. Intended exclusively for in vitro research

All products sold by PeptidAs are research compounds intended strictly for laboratory use in the context of in vitro scientific research. By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this exclusive use.

These products are neither drugs, medical devices, nor dietary supplements, and have not been evaluated by any health authority for such purposes.

2. Prohibited Uses

Under no circumstances may these products be used for the following purposes.

• Human consumption or administration, in any form.
• Veterinary use or administration to an animal.
• Medical diagnosis.
• Treatment, prevention, or alleviation of a disease or symptom.
• Resale to the public outside of a professional research network.

3. Buyer Qualification

The purchaser represents and warrants that it is a professional, a researcher, a laboratory, or an institution with the necessary qualifications, experience, and equipment to handle research compounds safely. Placing an order constitutes a declaration of this status.

4. Handling and Storage Requirements

The purchaser agrees to handle, store, and dispose of the products in accordance with good laboratory practices and the safety regulations applicable to chemical and biological substances used for research purposes, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and storage out of the reach of any unauthorized persons.

5. Regulatory Compliance Is the Buyer's Responsibility

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the purchase, possession, and use of the ordered products comply with the laws and regulations in effect in their country and jurisdiction, including any authorizations, declarations, or restrictions that may apply to certain compounds.

6. Limitation of Liability

PeptidAs shall not be held liable for any use of the products that does not comply with their exclusive research purpose as defined in this agreement, nor for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from such misuse, including any human or veterinary use.

7. Acceptance Through the Order

Confirming an order on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Terms of Use Agreement, without any restrictions or reservations. The buyer acknowledges having read and understood all of the preceding provisions before finalizing the purchase.
