Returns and refunds

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision by email at contact@peptidas.fr, specifying your order number. We will confirm receipt of your request.

2. Limitations on the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

This exclusion applies, in particular, to bottles and consumables whose protective packaging has been opened. It does not affect your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity or the warranty against hidden defects in the event of a defective or non-conforming product.

3. Return Procedure

After notifying us of your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product to us at your own expense, unless there was an error on our part. The product must be returned complete, in its unopened original packaging, if it falls under the exclusions listed above.

• Please email us at contact@peptidas.fr, including your order number and the product(s) in question.
• We will provide you with the return address and, if applicable, a return number to include with the package.
• Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be in a condition that allows them to be resold: packaging must be intact, labels must be undamaged, and there must be no signs of use. A product returned in a damaged condition due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and characteristics may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

5. Refund Deadlines and Procedures

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the returned product, or from the date we receive proof of shipment if that date is earlier. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used when placing the order, unless another method is expressly agreed upon.

6. Damaged or Nonconforming Products

If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@peptidas.fr, including supporting photos. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Shipping Errors

In the event of a shipping error on our part—such as a missing item or an item that differs from the one ordered—we will cover all return shipping costs and either send you the correct item or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
