2. Products and Research Purpose
The products sold on this website are research compounds intended exclusively for laboratory use in in vitro scientific research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices.
These products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or for diagnosis or treatment of any kind. The detailed terms of use are set forth in the research use agreement, which is accepted with each order.
3. Prices and Sales Tax

PeptidAs is registered for intra-Community VAT under number To be completed. PeptidAs reserves the right to change its prices at any time, provided that the price listed on the order at the time of confirmation is the only one applicable to the buyer.
4. Order
The order is placed directly on the website after selecting the products, entering the shipping and billing information, and confirming payment.
The sale is considered final only after the seller has sent the buyer an email confirming acceptance of the order and after the seller has received payment in full.
- The buyer remains responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.

5. Payment
Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout, including PayPal, Revolut, instant bank transfer, or—when in-person pickup and cash payment are enabled—cash.
Payment is made directly to the service provider or the bank chosen by the buyer: no bank account information is entered or stored on the website.
The order is not prepared and shipped until payment has been received and verified.
6. Availability and Pre-orders
Product offers are valid as long as they are displayed on the website, while supplies last. If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the buyer will be notified by email and may request a refund of the amounts paid.
When a product is available for pre-order, the estimated shipping date is listed on the product page and included in the order confirmation email.
7. Delivery
Delivery options, delivery times, and applicable fees are detailed on the delivery page. Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are prepared and shipped the same business day, subject to product availability.
8. Receiving Packages and Filing Claims
Inspection upon Receipt
Customers are asked to check the condition of their package upon receipt and, in the event of any apparent issues (damaged package, opened package, broken security seal), to file a claim immediately.
Package received open or with missing contents
If a package arrives open, damaged, or with missing or incorrect contents, the customer has 24 hours from the time of delivery to report the issue to PeptidAs® through the customer portal; after that time, the claim may no longer be accepted.
To allow the claim to be processed, the customer must provide:
- an unedited, uninterrupted unboxing video that begins with the sealed package (with the shipping label visible) and ends with the contents of the package;
- photographs of the outer packaging from various angles, showing, in particular, the condition of the security seal.
If this information is not provided, PeptidAs® may not be able to confirm the reported issue and reserves the right to reject the claim.
The customer agrees to retain the packaging and its contents until the dispute is fully resolved, as the carrier may request them as part of its investigation.
Handling the Complaint
Any claim that meets the above conditions will be reviewed in good faith by PeptidAs®, in consultation with the relevant carrier if necessary. Depending on the outcome of this review, PeptidAs® may offer to reship the order, issue a credit, or provide a refund.
