PeptidAs®L'As des peptides

Laboratory tool

Dosage calculator

Reconstitution and dosage tool, for research use only. Choose your syringe, your vial and your dose to know exactly where to draw the plunger.

For research use only: this tool and PeptidAs products are intended exclusively for laboratory use, never for human or animal consumption.

What is your syringe's total volume?

How much peptide does the vial contain?

How much Bac Water are you adding?

What dose are you targeting per draw?

For a 0.25 mg dose, draw the syringe to 5 units.

Volume to draw: 0.05 ml · Concentration: 5,000 mcg/ml · Doses per vial: 40

Formula: (dose mcg ÷ (peptide mg × 1000)) × Bac Water ml = ml to draw, then ml × 100 = syringe units. For research use only.

Reconstituting a peptide correctly

Every PeptidAs peptide ships in lyophilized form, a stable presentation that tolerates temperature variations during transport. Before any research use, this powder must be dissolved in Bac Water, for example bacteriostatic water. This step preserves the compound's integrity and keeps your concentrations reliable throughout a study.

Using the calculator

Enter the peptide amount shown on the vial: it determines the total concentration available once the Bac Water is added.

Then enter the volume of Bac Water you add to the vial for reconstitution: the larger it is, the more diluted the final concentration.

Finally, the calculator shows the exact volume to draw and the matching number of units on your syringe for the chosen dose.

Why precision matters

Whether you're cross-checking one of our test results or writing a new protocol, the calculator takes the guesswork off your bench. One misplaced decimal changes every dose that follows.
